A student must have minimum 80% attendance in theory and practical separately in each subject to be eligible to appear for the Council/Board examination.
This 80% requirement is calculated irrespective of the type of absence (leave, sickness, etc.)
Internal Assessment Requirement
A student must secure at least 50% marks in Internal Assessment separately in:

Internal assessment includes tests, assignments, clinical performance, case studies, nursing care plans, record books, and practical evaluations
Passing Marks

Hostel Information
Living Space : Spacious rooms with bed and private wardrobe, study table and chair will be provided to all students.
The Warden Facility available.
Safety and Security : CCTV Surveillance in the corridor and canteen is available to avoid issues. Cleanliness and hygiene area in the hostel.
Hostel Rule & Regulations
Students should read the rules and regulations before signing the application form (A copy of rules is attached with the application form).
Smoking, Alcohol & Narcotic consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the Hostel premises. Strict action will be taken against offenders.
Strict adherence to the prescribed dress code is required. Decency in dressing & demeanor is a must.
Loitering in the Hostel campus during the class hours will not be appreciated.
The Management & Staff will not be responsible for personal belongings.
Late comers will be penalized
Students must keep the campus & Rooms clean. Defacing walls, equipment, furniture etc., is strictly prohibited.
Birthday/Other Celebrations are strictly prohibited in Hostel.
Students must turn off all the electrical equipments & lights before leaving their rooms.
Food will be served only in the designated Dining Hall(s) and only during the specified timings.
Wasting food & water will not be encouraged.
Students are not allowed to use Mobile Phones after 10 pm. Cell phones of those at fault will be confiscated.
Tipping of Wardens, Security Guards, Cleaning Staff etc., is not permitted.
Visitors are allowed only in AV Room between 4.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. Visitors are not allowed beyond the visiting area. No outside Guest / Students will be allowed inside the hostel.
Any complaints regarding electric equipment, plumbing etc., is required to be entered in the ‘Complaints Book’.
Students should not enter rooms of other students without permission.
Silence: Strict silence shall be observed in the hostel from 11.00 pm to 5.30 a.m.
Students are not allowed to use electric stoves, heaters etc. in the rooms.
Any manner of festivals and noise making celebrations will not be entertained, which may cause disturbance to other inmates in the hostel premises.

Code of Conduct
All trainees have to wear uniform during clinical work and field work.
Leave for holidays are provided only on account of genuine reasons.
Students who engage in other activities detrimental to the interests of school shall be dismissed/suspended from the school by giving one week written notice to their parents.
All students must maintain strict discipline, good behavior and respect for the management staff.
Ragging or any kind of harassment of fellow students will be counted as a serious offense.
Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Students are advised not to keep valuable gold jewellery and large amounts of cash with them.
All students have to execute a bond on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.10/- on the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office of the Nursing School.
The Management has the right to modify the rules and regulations from time to time. Original certificate and mark sheets will be returned only after all the obligations to the school are fulfilled.
Reservation is given to (deserving) SC/ST/BC as per Govt. Rules and the school management avails scholarship to minority students.
